Hosted Bar Options

With a hosted bar, the hosts pay for beverages. All hosted bars will have an estimated cost which must be paid 8 days before the event. If the actual beverages required exceed the Bar Order, the client shall make written requests for additional beverages and cost shall be immediately due and payable. We are happy to order special wines, beers and spirits for you. Prices may be higher than those of our house brands and there may be a minimum order. Bartenders are charged at an hourly rate of $20 per hour for each bartender if your host bar is less than $500 in sales. Some items that may be purchased in quantity are offered below. Any other beverages offered during a hosted bar are priced as indicated under "Cash Bar."
Ohio law stipulates that all alcoholic beverages must be consumed inside the facility.

· Premium:                                            

                        Includes premium liquors, cordial, domestic & imported beers, House wines and sodas.

                        Club Soda, Pineapple Fresh Strawberries and Champagne

· Non– Alcoholic Champagne Punch        

· Mimosa Punch $ 40.00 per gal.

                        Fresh Orange Juice and Champagne

· Frozen Drink Machines                        

        Daiquiris and Margaritas

· Sodas                                                 

All bars are stocked with Beer (domestic & Imported), Juices Punch and Soft Drinks.  Numbers charged are the same as the guaranteed number of Dinners.  Prices also include bar set-ups, drinks and bartender fee,  Any items not hosted by the client will be available for their guests at the cash bar prices unless a non-alcoholic party is requested.
